As school leaders, we know professional development can sometimes feel like “one more thing.” The reality is, if it doesn’t inspire, empower, and equip teachers with strategies they can use right away, it rarely makes a lasting impact. That’s why hearing directly from principals who have brought their teams to the Get Your Teach On Conference matters so much.
