I’ve visited schools in every corner of the country. Some were thriving. Others were exhausted.
But the difference wasn’t talent.
It wasn’t demographics.
It wasn’t curriculum.
It was how well they protected Tier I instruction.
Schools that thrive do three things consistently:
1. Protect the instructional block
They guard it from interruptions, meetings, and constant shifts.
2. Align classroom systems
Every teacher doesn't teach the same—but they share consistent expectations, routines, and structures.
3. Invest in professional development
Not one-off PD.
Not flavor-of-the-month PD.
Intentional, aligned, ongoing PD.
This is exactly why so many districts choose Get Your Teach On for school-wide PD.
Because GYTO brings a framework that fuels daily instruction—not just a once-a-year experience.
