HAYWARD JEAN

“…I am convinced that my purpose in life is to help people maximize who they are, why they exist, and what they’re going to do about it!”

A WORD FROM HAYWARD…

“I am convinced that my purpose in life is to help people maximize who they are, why they exist, and what they’re going to do about it! Unfortunately, far too many students and staff leave classrooms every day without these life-changing connections to the educational process. Education is a strength-based journey, and I am passionate about developing the C.L.A.S.S. (Culture, Leadership, and Advocacy of Schools and Systems) to help educators and students experience the educational breakthrough they deserve!”

The "I'M" possible Scholarship Fund named Hayward as the Living the Legacy Award inaugural recipient for his efforts to impact youth. National education expert, Salome Thomas-EL, writes of Hayward in his award-winning book entitled, "The Immortality of Influence," with a foreword written by actor Will Smith.

As an inaugural member for Call Me MiSTER®, Hayward speaks nationally about the program and provides professional development for pre-service teachers, teacher practitioners, administrators, and higher education faculty. Hayward was honored as Claflin University's first Young Alumnus Visionary Award recipient in the University's Hall of Fame.
